WANTED: Details!

*                                              Do we like details? You bet! *

                          When you submit a support ticket, it is imperative to include all of the necessary information to solve your request the first time!

  • Be concise and clear
  • Be specific (employee name, number of attempts to fix the problem, error message) 
  • Include attachments and screencasts as often as possible! These allow us to see the exact steps that you are taking to resolve the issue on your own.
  • Choose the correct priority code - Be sure to check the priority code summary if you are unsure (This allows us to respond to your request in a timely manner)

 

Remember: If we have to contact you for more information, it is unlikely that your request will be resolved as quickly as you would like. Each time we have to contact you because of the lack of information, the response timeframe begins all over again. Let's be diligent and work to include all of the necessary details the first time!
